Terms of Use
Killer Climber Samurai · effective 2026-09-27
By downloading or playing Killer Climber Samurai you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA), which governs the app itself.
1. Virtual items
Sumi, jade, candles and cosmetics are a limited license to use inside the game. They have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money. Purchases are final, except where the law or Apple's refund policy (reportaproblem.apple.com) says otherwise. Nothing sold gives more power in a climb: purchases are looks and comfort.
2. The Ink Chest
The Ink Chest gives one random cosmetic. The odds of each rarity are shown in the game before you open it, and a rare item is guaranteed within a stated number of chests. If you already own what comes out, part of the sumi comes back.
3. Samurai's Pledge (subscription)
- An auto-renewable monthly subscription. While it is active: 25 sumi every day (collected in the shop), no interstitial ads, unlimited candles.
- The price is shown in the App Store before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm.
- It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel it in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Canceling keeps the benefits until the end of the paid period.
4. No Ads and restoring purchases
"No Ads" removes interstitial ads for good; optional rewarded ads then give their reward without an ad. Purchases that last (No Ads, sets) can be restored on another iPhone with the same Apple ID: Shop → Restore Purchases.
5. Fair play and changes
Please don't cheat, modify the game or misuse it. We may update, change or end features of the game. The game is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows.
6. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting the consumer protection laws of the country you live in. Contact: Akif Bay · doktoburu@proton.me
6. Hukuk ve iletişim
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir; yaşadığın ülkenin tüketiciyi koruyan kuralları saklıdır. İletişim: Akif Bay · doktoburu@proton.me
